1231 Craft Kitchen is open Monday through Wednesday from 2 PM to 9 PM, Thursday through Saturday from 12 PM to 9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 8 PM!

We’re parked by FH Beerworks! You can find us at 2490 Victor Pl, Colorado Springs, CO.

Are you a mobile food truck?

We are not a mobile food truck, and we are permanently parked by FH Beerworks.

Where do I order?

You can order from the FH Beerworks bartender.

Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?

We have both vegan and vegetarian options! All of our veg-forward tacos are marked with a “V” on our menu.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

We do! All of our gluten-free options are marked as such on our menu.

Do you offer catering?

We do! Tacos, chips, and salsa are typically just $10 per person. We also offer self-serve taco bars. Give us a call for more info! Keep in mind, though, that we require at least a 48 hour notice.
